Добрый день! Пишу по поводу кейса "Автоматизация контроля отдела продаж с помощью искусственного интеллекта в Битрикс24". Глобально, задача стоит в интеграции телефонии с искусственным интеллектом, для перевода звонка с аудиоформата в текст, для анализа его в будущем с помощью яндекс gpt. В стандартной интеграции, обращение к статистике звонков происходит с помощью /voximplant.statistic.get?filter[CRM_ACTIVITY_ID]={{source.ID}}. Который присылает массив данных в котором должна быть указана ссылка на возможность скачать файл разговора. ID файла имеется, а ссылка на скачивание в пришедшем массиве не приходит(скрин укажу ниже), из-за чего нет возможности скачать аудиофайл, соответственно и расшифровать его в текст. Файл разговора попадает в контакт который находится в CRM, на диске файл разговора тоже имеется. Доступ к папке с записью разговора есть. Интеграция телефонии произведена с помощью автосекретаря от МТС.
