Hello Ibrahim! You do not need to enter the recipient's phone number. You must enter the recipient's chat ID. Next, the application uses your bot's token to connect to this bot. And with the help of a bot, it sends a message to the recipient by his ID. The recipient's phone number is not entered or used anywhere.
Is this can be applied to send messages to Business Leads via Bitrix Automation? If yes, How can I add the Lead's chat ID so that I set the automation once and the message will then be sent to every lead that triggers that automation rule?
I've added my personal chat ID and I didn't receive a message as well.
