Vicibox 7.0.3, vicidial 2.12-15, Build 160508-0139, asterisk 11.22.0-vici, Single Machine Other than Start Call URL: is there a method to integrate with the CRM? What about Knowlarity Integration? Or, is there CTI (Computer Telephony Integration)? Or, API's or (something like APIs) that can be embedded in the CRM to have the same as the Agent Desktop (having Ready, Paused, Hangup ... etc)
I did not find the right solution from the Internet.
